Capturing the Essence of the Day

It is my belief that the wedding ceremony is one of the most important events of your lives and the reception is a celebration of that ceremony. The photographer should stage neither. Because of this belief, I only take "formal" photographs prior to or shortly after the ceremony, allowing the bride and groom to spend most of their time enjoying their wedding, friends, and relatives. I do not interfere with the ceremony nor with the reception, instead I photograph people as they are and where they are, and I try to catch them at their best moments. In short, I deliver photographs that capture the moments and the essence of the day.
